How To Return

Step 1: To return the products, please submit items change requests to customer service via the Contact Us Page

Our service team will get back to you (Monday To Friday From 9:00 a.m. To 6:00 p.m.)

Step 2: You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submit the return request.

Step 3: After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product refund after we get your returning parcel.

We accept 30 days unconditional return. Return can be made within 30 days from the date you've received your items.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To be eligible, please make sure that.

1. The product is in its original packaging
2. The product isn't used or damaged
3. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please note that FuturePeople.Store is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us our contact us page with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for a refund or exchange due to incorrect sizing or color selected by the customer. Please ensure you review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Refunds will not be issued for orders marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct and that the delivery location is secure.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days.

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the contact us page.
